I trained with Gary for a period of 6 months whilst I was training for a long distance run but at the same time wanted to lose weight and look more athletically toned. Gary took the time to go into great detail in regards to the physical and nutrition side of the program and explain the ins and outs which put me at ease straight away. One of the positives about the program was the diversity of the training, Gary often changed the exercises and type of training we where undertaking which always made it interesting and enjoyable. After the 6 months I was able to complete the run quicker than I had planned to and was really happy with my end results.

Gary is the perfect personal trainer. He is firm and fair, supportive and motivating without going over the top. Training is fun rather than a chore, I looked forward to our weekly sessions without the feelings of dread I had previously had at the thought of doing any exercise. His classes are fun too and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone thinking of hiring a personal trainer or thinking of joining an exercise class.
